1. Introduction & Agreement

Welcome to Mocks4u (“the Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User”) and Aniket G. Bokade, the Proprietor of the sole proprietorship firm operating under the trade name “Mocks4u – An Eduserv Company” (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our services include providing an online mock test platform for competitive exams with detailed performance analysis and improvement strategies. By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Aniket G. Bokade.

3. Your Mocks4u Account

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You agree to be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and accept all risks of unauthorized access.

4. License and Intellectual Property

    • License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes, contingent upon your compliance with these Terms.
    • Intellectual Property: All content, software, and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to mock tests, questions, explanations, performance analytics, and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of Aniket G. Bokade. All rights are reserved.

5.User Generated Content

If the Platform allows you to post content, such as comments or questions (“User Content”), you grant Aniket G. Bokade a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and promoting the Services. You are solely responsible for the User Content you post.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to defame, abuse, harass, or infringe upon the rights of others; publish or distribute unlawful or obscene material; transmit viruses; or copy, reproduce, or resell any of our proprietary Content.

7. Payments and Refunds

    • Payments: All payments for our test series or subscription plans are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
    • Refund Policy: All purchases of digital content are final. Due to the immediate access granted to our digital products, we do not offer any refunds or cancellations once a purchase is made.

8. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the Services, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Aniket G. Bokade, his employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Aniket G. Bokade in any matter arising out of these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Service in question

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chandrapur, Maharashtra, India.
