At Mocks4U, we are committed to providing a seamless and value-driven experience for all our users. Before making a purchase, we encourage you to read our policy carefully.


Cancellation Policy

  • Once a purchase (mock test package or subscription) is completed and payment is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.
  • We do not entertain cancellation requests as the content is delivered instantly and access is granted immediately after payment.

Refund Policy

  • As our services are digital in nature, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
  • Refunds will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:
    1. Duplicate Payment: If you’ve been charged twice for the same transaction.
    2. Technical Error on Our Side: If you’re unable to access the mocks/tests due to a verified issue on our platform and our team is unable to resolve it within 72 hours.

In such cases, please write to us at mocks4u.in@gmail.com with your registered email ID, transaction ID, and a brief explanation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
