Cancellation Policy
- Once a purchase (mock test package or subscription) is completed and payment is confirmed, cancellation is not allowed.
- We do not entertain cancellation requests as the content is delivered instantly and access is granted immediately after payment.
Refund Policy
- As our services are digital in nature, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
- Refunds will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you’ve been charged twice for the same transaction.
- Technical Error on Our Side: If you’re unable to access the mocks/tests due to a verified issue on our platform and our team is unable to resolve it within 72 hours.
In such cases, please write to us at mocks4u.in@gmail.com with your registered email ID, transaction ID, and a brief explanation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
